When I need to working
I’ve known about virtual assistants for some time now, but have been burned by the few that I’ve had. By the way the ones that burned me were american. So much for providing US jobs huh…
I’m jumping ship. Going global. My Filipino is awesome thus far so as of today I’ve decided to give her the ultimate responsibility. Managing my other VA’s. I mean all-inclusive, hiring-firing-supervision-correspondence-etc. The only person I ever want to talk to is her. She’s pretty sharp and is cool as a fan.
This is the blueprint of my empire that I’m having her adhere to for now. She will play the part of “Manager Assistant” of course. I found her on freelancer.com, however I hear EVERYONE loves Odesk.com so I’m going to her mainly use that. So check the diagram linked here (I got this right out of a Brian Haskins ebook, btw).
So this is just the start. After listening (way better than reading) to the 4-hour work week the 2nd time through last week. It doesn’t make sense not to leverage VA’s for all of the tasks that I CANNOT AUTOMATE. This is gonna be big yall…I can feel it. I’ll update with results.
